Many of you are familar with the three witches of the tragedy Macbeth cackling and giggling as they guide macbeth to his utter destruction.
I'm sorry to burst your bubble but this is not true witchcraft, witchcraft revolvs around nature, we witches(yes witches is a male term also) are peacful beings we desire inner and outter peace most of use are "Light warriors" i will explain these later. though i do own a cauldron it has nothing to do wiht potions and spells its simply to hold things but lately i use mine to burn my fires if a ritual requires it.
now witchcraft in real life is kinda like it is on hollywood incantations are used and spells are used also but let me take a second to discuss spells, a spell is a prayer to the god and goddess(or whatever gods and goddesses one may worship) a spell is simply a prayer to the divines and a certain amount of energy manipulation.
I am somewhat of a "white witch" though i will defend myself if needed;
Now for the section on Paganism,
Paganism is not about having false or multiple gods, i believe all the gods and goddesses are all apart of one huge divine entitiy, now christianity believe it or not has many bases in paganism the christamas holiday you celebrate has a close connection with the celebration of Yule which im sure is a term you are familar with.
the cross is a pagan symbol for the four major compass directions, North,South,East, and West.
another christian symbol that is pagan though not used anymore by the church is the pentacle, yes "satans star" was used by catholics to illustrate the five wounds christ recieved upon crusifixtion(pardon my spelling)
and many many more similarites i could rant and rave for ages but i will leave you with this to pondor over now its not my goal here to convert people to paganism it is simply to educate and hopefully stop the uneeded persecution of a peacful loving religion
